Seats as they're currently composed don't really fit our evolutionary development. I don't think standing straight for 6-7 hours is ideal either, but the likelihood of me to move around while standing (even stretch, and yes, ahem, dance) is much more than when I'm planted in a seat. It's easy to be fidgety but not actually get up and move.Lance Eatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09781437456030157583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3887611099343215170.post-70260429651351430412012-06-20T09:58:16.145-04:002012-06-20T09:58:16.145-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Lance Eatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09781437456030157583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3887611099343215170.post-74829490438587919682012-06-19T15:16:01.700-04:002012-06-19T15:16:01.700-04:00Well, you know my story about my back. Ever since my back has conversed with me in this way, I have had to change my life in ways I never really thought about before. A combination of standing, sitting, lying down, and walking throughout the day has now become my new normal. I wonder if standing for 6-7 hours is just as harmful to your body as sitting for the same amount of time? Like you stated, if posture is not correct you could do some damage to your body much like incorrect posture while sitting would do.Karanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3887611099343215170.post-50227079074343962172012-06-19T10:27:38.390-04:002012-06-19T10:27:38.390-04:00My new desk will have the ability to raise and low...My new desk will have the ability to raise and lower.
